The Compliance team help to understand and follow the FCA and other applicable rules and guidance effectively, and deliver good outcomes for our customers. We support all areas of the business by reviewing regulatory changes and informing senior management and key stakeholders, providing guidance on business projects and proposals, and monitoring that the business is following regulatory requirements, internal policies and controls.
