About the role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational engine behind our growth at one of the UK's fastest-growing fintech companies. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own both the creative production and tactical campaign management.

You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what's the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. You'll lead creative production for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns, develop winning creative concepts, and optimise conversion funnels.

This role combines creative strategy with performance marketing execution - perfect for someone who understands that creative is now the primary lever for D2C success and wants to build expertise across the full growth stack.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, spots creative opportunities others miss, and gets genuinely excited about turning creative concepts into scaled winners. You'll work with sophisticated attribution models, systematic creative testing frameworks, and modern growth methodologies.


What You'll Do

Creative Strategy & Production (60%)

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that resonate with customers and ultimately perform well

  • Hit creative pipeline volume + efficacy targets

  • Work with a network of external creators to produce video content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns using hooks that work

  • Direct our in-house designer to develop static creative variations testing different messages and formats

  • Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns and scale successful concepts

Performance Marketing Operations (40%)

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen

  • Execute Meta and TikTok campaign optimisations targeting ambitious CAC goals

  • Analyze performance at keyword-level and creative-level to find efficiency gains

  • Maintain conversion tracking and attribution setup

  • Support systematic creative testing and measurement frameworks

Strategic Analysis & Research

  • Monitor competitor ad libraries and creative strategies for insight opportunities

  • Conduct review mining and customer research to inform creative messaging

  • Create actionable reports identifying creative patterns that drive performance

  • Support attribution model development and incrementality testing initiatives


What We're Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years in performance marketing with strong creative component, preferably D2C, challenger brands, and/or fintech

  • Proven ability to produce external video content for social media advertising (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)

  • Understanding of importance of creative in modern growth marketing

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from creative performance data

  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and creative testing frameworks

Creative Capabilities

  • Understanding of effective hooks, messaging, and creative formats for social media

  • Ability to develop creative concepts that communicate complex value propositions simply

  • Experience with user-generated content style and authentic creative approaches

Performance Marketing Skills

  • Hands-on Google Ads and Meta advertising experience

  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and incrementally testing concepts

  • Strong analytical mindset with SQL proficiency preferred but not required

  • Comfortable working with AI tools for content and analysis enhancement
