About the role

As our In-House Creator, you'll be the face of Zable across our digital channels at one of the UK's fastest-growing fintech companies. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll combine on-screen talent with content creation and community management to drive both paid performance and organic growth.

You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what's the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. You'll create authentic, performance-driven video content, build genuine community engagement, and contribute creative ideas that turn into scaled winners.

This role is perfect for someone who's comfortable being on camera, understands the nuances of different social platforms, and wants to become the authentic voice of a brand that's genuinely helping people access credit. You'll work with sophisticated creative reporting, systematic testing frameworks, and modern growth strategies.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, naturally connects with our audience, and gets genuinely excited about telling stories that help people understand financial products. You'll need to become a true product expert who can speak authentically about credit building, expanding access to credit, and financial wellness.

What you'll be doing

On-Screen Performance & Content Creation

  • Serve as primary on-screen talent for video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns

  • Create authentic, conversion-focused video content that communicates our core USPs: expanding acceptance and building credit

  • Film native content optimised for social media advertising formats

  • Work with external creators, finfluencers, and our internal team to maintain consistent brand voice across all video content

Organic Social Media & Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Build and nurture our online community through authentic engagement and responses to comments & reviews

  • Monitor mentions, comments, and messages across all platforms

  • Create organic content that supports paid campaigns and builds brand trust

  • Develop content calendars that align with product launches and marketing campaigns, working with our product managers

Creative Strategy & Scriptwriting

  • Contribute innovative script ideas and creative concepts for performance campaigns

  • Mine customer reviews and feedback to identify authentic messaging opportunities

  • Collaborate with growth team to develop hooks and angles that resonate with our credit-building audience

  • Transform complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging content

  • Support the creative ideation process through your deep understanding of our audience and platform trends

Product Expertise Development

  • Become a genuine expert on all Zable products: credit cards, loans, app features

  • Understand the credit building journey and speak authentically about customer pain points

  • Stay current with fintech trends and competitive landscape

  • Conduct customer research and interviews to inform content strategy

  • Work closely with product teams to understand new features and communicate them effectively

What we're looking for

On-Screen & Creative Skills

  • Natural on-camera presence with ability to communicate complex financial concepts simply

  • Strong scriptwriting abilities with understanding of conversion-focused messaging

  • Video production skills including smartphone filming, editing, and optimising for various channels and formats

  • Authentic communication style that resonates with our target demographic (credit builders, financially underserved)

  • Ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms while maintaining brand consistency

Social Media & Community Management

  • Demonstrated success managing organic social media for brands, particularly in financial services or similar regulated industries

  • Deep understanding of platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Experience building and engaging online communities

  • Strong written communication skills for social media captions and community responses

  • Understanding of social media analytics and community growth metrics

Financial Services & Product Knowledge

  • Genuine interest in financial services and helping people access credit

  • Ability to quickly learn complex financial products and communicate them clearly

  • Willingness to learn about financial regulations and compliance considerations

Performance Marketing Understanding

  • Basic understanding of how creative content drives performance marketing results

  • Understanding of A/B testing principles for creative optimisation

  • Comfortable with creative performance analysis and feedback loops

  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and creative performance measurement
