About the role
The Ops analytics team’s mission is to drive customer experience and operational efficiency through automation, analytics, and business consulting.
You will build DBT models and dashboards that drive the insight for decision making of the senior leadership in Operations (Collections, Customer Operations, Complaints, and Fincrime & Fraud).
You'll also get the chance to have a major impact by designing and building data-models and dashboards that drive actionable insights, where you will work closely with senior leadership, including our COO, to help us achieve industry-leading customer experiences.
What you'll be working on
Use DBT (SQL) to design, develop, and maintain models, transforming raw operational data to analytical data models.
Create and maintain dashboards of key operational KPIs. This reporting on Lendable’s operational health is monitored daily by executives, and reported to the Lendable board.
Perform data ‘deep-dives’, identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for automation and process improvement. You can work with leadership to help them make data-driven decisions.
Help the company get smarter at forecasting operational workloads. Our team plays an important role in forecasting our operational workload, as Lendable scales.
What you need to succeed
You are motivated to work in a fast-paced scale-up experience.
You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
You have worked with data engineers and understand best practices for building, documenting and maintaining solid analytical SQL, and dashboards.
You have a strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
What we are looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial services or consumer credit industry.
Strong understanding of ELT processes and experience with data integration and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Experience working with DBT and Snowflake is highly desirable.
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency with Git version control system.
