The role in a nutshell
You will support our Chief Capital Officer of one of the world’s leading FinTech companies from our London HQ. This is a varied and dynamic role working in a fast-paced environment for a company that maintains a start-up ethos. You will also support our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer with ad-hoc tasks when available.
Based in Shoreditch, you will be joining a warm, welcoming, and supportive team who are all incredibly passionate about the brand and the journey they are on.
Our CCO is looking for a right hand who can provide support across all functions of the business, managing administration and organisation, and assist with exciting projects. We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset who enjoys problem-solving independently and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
Complex diary management, scheduling meetings, and creating agendas
Detailed inbox management - act as the first point of contact responding to emails on behalf of the CEO, CCO, & COO, tracking progress with items and ensuring all correspondence is managed effectively
Travel booking - manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, visas, and accommodation and creating detailed itineraries
Provide thorough preparation for meetings and take accurate minutes to capture key discussions and action items
Proactively identify potential issues and conflicts and propose solutions
Drafting reports and presentations
Undertaking various ad-hoc research projects
Managing expenses and bank statements
Involvement in a variety of ongoing projects
Assist with arranging events, lunches, dinners, conferences and annual trips
Your Profile
You will be a proactive self-starter who is confident, resilient, impeccably organised and highly efficient in your work. Solution-focused, you will overcome all hurdles calmly and professionally to ensure that Lendable and personal life run smoothly at all times. First-class communication skills are essential for this role, you will be able to liaise at all levels and build rapport with the wider C-suite. Meticulous attention to detail is essential for this role.
Your Experience
A proactive and solution-focused mindset, anticipating needs and addressing challenges
3-5 years experience as a PA/EA
Confident, resilient and adept at maintaining professional boundaries
Highly organised, efficient and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Tech and G-suite savvy, with a strong aptitude for utilising digital tools
Smart and analytical, capable of grasping complex concepts quickly
Hardworking, ambitious, and eager to contribute to the success of a thriving company
Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide context when needed
Able to prioritise effectively and manage conflicting priorities
A plus:
Experience in financial services/Fintech would be highly desirable
Ability to adapt to an ever- changing fast paced Fintech environment
Excellent checkable references
Interview Process
We’re not a corporate so we try our best to get things moving as quickly as possible. For this role, we’d expect:
Stage 1 - Quick video call with our Talent team (30 mins)
Stage 2 - Final chat with our CEO, CCO, and COO (45 mins each)
Stage 3 - Meet other team members of the C-suite
