About the role

You will investigate and resolve third-party credit card fraud claims, consumer card disputes, and section 75 claims, ensure disputes and chargebacks adhere to Mastercard guidelines, review merchant challenges, and handle complex account takeover fraud and scams while communicating with customers throughout the process.

Your profile

  • Prior experience working with credit cards or debit cards is essential.
  • Knowledge of credit card fraud, disputes and/or chargebacks is advantageous.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Great organisation skills, comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
  • Keen to self-develop and stay informed about current industry fraud trends.
